Meet Yoga with Sonia
As an experienced Yoga Instructor since 2014, my goal has been to help your body and mind connect. I trained with the Hawaii Yoga Institute and have taught in Honolulu, Hawaii, Adelaide SA and recently with Power Yoga Canberra. Situated in the Bungendore area, I incorporate a variety of traditional practices in movement, breath, and meditation to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga. Thursday Morning Yoga Flow
8:45am - 9:20am fortnightly via Facebook live. Please visit my Facebook page Yoga with Sonia to join the class! Classes are by donation via PayPal. Further details can be found on the event invite on my Facebook page.
This morning yoga class links movement to breath and is intended to awaken your body, preparing you for your day. The class is flowing, energising and intentional. It is suited for all levels and is perfect for students looking for a meaningful mind-body experience on the mat. Get ready to stretch and strengthen your body! All you need is a mat and a towel or blanket.

Evening Yoga - Alignment & yin
Surrender to Your Mat - this is a fortnightly evening yoga class. You will need a mat, blanket and strap. Class is by donation and is held via Facebook live. Please go to my Facebook page Yoga with Sonia for the event invite and for further details.
Alignment & Flow pushes you to dive deeper into your practice. The focus is on alignment and breath with elements of Yin, and a special emphasis on technique to help you refine your experience. This is an end of day yoga practice to help you release your day, find presence and prepare you for a restful sleep.
